Great Location and Friendly Staff the hotel was located in a prime area that was easily accessible to the main attractions of the city. the staff was incredibly friendly, especially Vikram Rathodji, who was always ready to help with any query. He made our stay so much better with his warm and welcoming personality. the rooms were clean and tidy, and the breakfast was good.

This individual showed a lack of professionalism and was uncooperative when asked to open the gate late at night.

This ensured that we had a stress-free stay, especially as we had our own vehicle. The breakfast was also varied and tasty, providing us with the sustenance we needed for the day.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my New Year's celebrations. It was situated close to the city's main attractions such as the local government building and Hawa Mahal. The staff member named Vikram Rathodji really stood out to me during my stay. He was very friendly and accommodating to my needs. Another great aspect of the hotel was the comfy beds- I had a great night's sleep.

I did experience an unpleasant situation with one of the staff members. They were quite unhelpful and unwilling to open the gate for us after a night out.

The hotel's location was convenient, with several popular tourist spots just a short walk away. We appreciated the proximity to the new Bidhan Shabha and Hawa Mahal. the staff, like Vikram Rathodji, were helpful and polite. the room was cramped and the bathroom could use some updating. the breakfast selection was limited and the view from the window was disappointing.

Late one night, Raj refused to open the main gate and was rude to us until we threatened to report him to the management.
